I'm not always good at describing myself.
Either I'm just a random guy on the internet who's really into video games, amoungst other stuff, and isn't all that unique, from your perspective.
Or I'm a complex individual who's had their share of struggles, and come out on top everytime, never letting what afflicts "normal people" get in my way. And gaming is just that thing I do in my spare time, but I've used it to help me learn countless things about life, in addition to my actual experience.
I'm not sure how to balance that out, I want to be descriptive, but I also don't want to come off as "better then thou." and be somewhat unapproachable.
I do know though, that there's a bit of truth to both of those, and that I want to be sure that you know I'm an open book on many things about me, you only need ask, otherwise I don't volunteer much, as sharing your life story necessarily makes people feel awkward, I've found.
I'll always be friendly to anyone I met, say hai, I'll say hai back, and am almost always into meeting new people. (online, in gaming communities, at least. :P)
I am otherwise looking to be in this community to get to know some indie devs, as although I am not much of a maker of games myself, I do want to be a critic of them of some sort. Build some relationships for future refernce, maybe.
